Melanie Lambelet Martin has a robust background in government affairs and legal practice, currently serving as Director of Europe Government Affairs and Director of Communications & Government Affairs at Novelis since March 2010. Previously, Melanie worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Novelis and spent nearly seven years at Baker & McKenzie as an Attorney at Law, specializing in various areas including mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Law Clerk at EY and a trainee position at Nestlé. Melanie holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Law from the University of Geneva, a Business Sustainability Management degree from the University of Cambridge, and additional leadership and business management qualifications from IMD and Hult Ashridge.
