Keertikumar Honna is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in operations and asset reliability within the aluminum industry. Currently serving as Lead Engineer at Novelis since November 2022, Keertikumar focuses on the reliability of casting and finishing assets. Previously at Hindalco Industries Limited for over a decade, Keertikumar held significant roles, including AGM of the Foil plant in Mouda Nagpur, overseeing operations of multiple foil and cold rolling mills, and leading teams in production planning and supply chain management. Additionally, experience in manufacturing, quality control, and business excellence was gained at Minar Heat Transfer Pvt. Ltd. Keertikumar's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology and further education at the Indian School of Business in 2019.
