James Praino Jr., MBA, has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Strategy Manager at Novelis since August 2012. Throughout the tenure at Novelis, James has held various positions including Plant Manager, Supply Chain Operations Manager - Finishing, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Leader, Supply Chain Planning Lead, and Supply Chain Planner. Prior to Novelis, James worked as an Enterprise Supply Planner at IBM from June 2011 to August 2012 and also held positions at SRCTec, Inc. as an Intern - Material Planner and Inventory Control Specialist. James holds a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
