Barbara Peng Weyzen, CSCP, currently serves as the Global Sourcing Manager for IT Software at Novelis since July 2022. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of Lead Associate in Sourcing & Contracting at Fannie Mae from January 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included negotiating supplier agreements, facilitating due diligence, managing procurement processes, and analyzing substantial category spend data. Previous experiences also include roles as a Senior Associate and Procurement Intern at Fannie Mae, and legal support positions in immigration law at Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A. and Wasserman, Mancini & Chang, P.C. Barbara holds a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese from the University of Maryland.
