Mike Silva is an experienced professional in the hospitality and sales industries, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Novela since April 2019. Previously, Mike held various positions including Bartender at The San Francisco Athletic Club and Pf Changs, and Assistant General Manager at Mavericks Sports Club. Mike also served as the Vice President of External Affairs for DVC Phi Beta Lambda. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Diablo Valley College.
