Engr. Zuhaib Shaikh has a diverse work experience. Engr. Zuhaib started with working as an Electrical Engineer at Hitech Pipe and Engineering Industry from January 2013 to November 2015. Their responsibilities included preparing reports, inspecting electrical services installations, and conducting low voltage power cable terminations.

From March 2016 to October 2018, Engr. Zuhaib Shaikh worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer for Qatar Railways Company, specifically on the Doha Metro Green Line Underground project. This project involved 11 underground stations, 6 evacuation shafts, and 34.7 KM of underground tunnels.

In February 2019, they joined IPS - Ideal Power Solutions as a Manager (Projects & Operations), where they designed, executed, tested, and commissioned solar power plants ranging from 5 KWp to 2.60 MWp. Engr. Zuhaib also provided engineering input for initial assessments, feasibility studies, construction monitoring, and ongoing operations of rooftop and ground-mounted systems. Their tenure at IPS ended in November 2022.

Engr. Zuhaib Shaikh also worked as a Solar PV Design Engineer at Novel Energy Solutions and Nimbus Consulting starting in December 2022.

Engr. Zuhaib Shaikh obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, attending from 2006 to 2011. Engr. Zuhaib then pursued further education and completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Energy Management at NED University of Engineering and Technology, studying from 2022 to 2024.

In addition to their academic degrees, Engr. Zuhaib Shaikh has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include certifications in areas such as energy efficiency, strategic planning, fundamentals of lean, project management, solar energy engineering, solar radiation and solar cells, and occupational health and safety management systems.

Engr. Zuhaib has also received training in supervisor leadership and holds the title of Registered Engineer accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council. Furthermore, Engr. Zuhaib Shaikh has completed a Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace, provided by The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
