Novco Group of Companies was founded by Farid Novruzi in Azerbaijan in 1999. The Head office is situated in Baku.
The company functions in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Georgia and Uzbekistan. Due to the expansion of the company, various companies have become a part of  NOVCO GROUP:

Novco Retail Fashion is one of the largest fashion retailers in Azerbaijan and in the South Caucasus.
NOVCO represents  57  brand shops as of today, 43 shops are situated in Azerbaijan, 8 in Turkey, 2 in Uzbekistan and 4 in Georgia.

Food & Beverage segments cover coffee shops - The Bagel Bar Coffee House and Second Cup Coffee Company along with the restaurant – Shakespeare cafe & bistro
