Minni Vittal is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at NOVAworks since September 2022, Minni contributes to workforce development in Silicon Valley. Previously, as Chief People Officer at PROCEPT BioRobotics from June 2021 to January 2024, Minni played a key role in HR strategy during the company's IPO and rapid growth phase. Minni held the position of VP of HRBP Software Solutions & Corporate Functions at Varian from November 2018 to May 2021, overseeing HR initiatives for various business units. With prior experience as Director of People Business Partner at PayPal and Sr. Director of HR Business Partner at CA Technologies, Minni has managed diverse HR teams and strategies. Early career roles included HR positions at Infosys, Philips Medical Systems, and GE Capital India.
