Shavawn Morgan, MS, is an experienced pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO consultant currently working with Novavax since June 2021, focusing on global medical information and drug safety in response to consumer and healthcare professional inquiries regarding COVID-19 vaccines. Previously, Shavawn served as the Lead Contact Center Project Manager for the Maryland Department of Health, managing operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a background in technology sales and project management at various companies such as Sprint and Verizon, Shavawn has demonstrated expertise in customer experience, account management, and sales strategy. Shavawn holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Syracuse University.
