Ruslan Fatkullin is an experienced professional in the LNG sector, currently serving as the LNG Commissioning & Start-Up Lead at NOVATEK since January 2023, after previously holding the position of Senior Production Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as Commissioning and Startup Engineer at Linde, working on the Portovaya LNG project, and various positions at Yamal LNG, including Production Shift Supervisor, Procedure Specialist, and Senior Panel Operator. Ruslan's early career at PJSOC BASHNEFT LTD involved serving as Deputy Head of the FCC unit and as an Operator for the Fluid Catalytic Cracking unit and Fuel Hydrotreating unit, beginning in January 2004. Ruslan holds an Engineer's Degree from Ufa State Petroleum Technical University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
