Larry Bigger serves as the National Administration Manager at Novatech, Inc. since October 2019, where responsibilities include contract billing, spreadsheet billing, national account deliveries, and collections. Previously, Larry held the position of Operations Billing Manager at the same company, focusing on similar billing and collections duties. Prior to Novatech, Larry worked at COTG – A Xerox Company, from February 2011 to October 2019, where roles included Contract Billing Supervisor, Senior Contract Billing Specialist, and SmartFlex Support Specialist. Larry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Robert Morris University - Illinois, awarded in 2010.
