Juan M. Caubilla is an experienced engineer and executive with a strong background in process engineering and project management in the oil and gas sector. As the CEO and Principal Engineer of NOVARGI since 2007, Juan has focused on innovative technologies for the industry. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager of the Heat Transfer Division at Tecnicas Reunidas from 2005 to 2013, where Juan managed engineering and project initiatives, contributing to major projects such as the first IGCC project in China and advancements in hydrogen-to-fuel technologies. Earlier, Juan held the position of project manager at GUASCOR I+D from 2000 to 2004. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Basque Country, UPV/EHU in Bilbao.
