Sierk Hennes is a seasoned project engineer and manager with extensive experience in renewable energy solutions. Currently employed at Novar since October 2019, Sierk oversees a team of nine project managers and is actively integrating renewable energy into industrial applications. Notably, Sierk serves as a shared project manager for the 50 MWp Zonnepark Kijfhoek initiative, which is in the permit process. Prior to Novar, Sierk worked at Windunie, managing over 20 solar roof projects and engaging in daily trading of wind energy as an operational manager. Experience also includes roles at Lyv Smart Living as a project manager for smart home energy storage, and as a product manager for solar initiatives at Greenchoice. Sierk holds a Master's degree in Strategic Product Design and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design and Engineering from TU Delft and Delft University of Technology, respectively.
