Marleen U. is an experienced project developer currently working at Novar, focusing on the development of large-scale solar parks and sustainable energy systems with an emphasis on participation and collaboration since December 2022. Prior to this role, Marleen completed a graduation internship at LDE Centre for Sustainability, conducting research for a master thesis on sustainable hospitals in early 2022. Marleen also gained experience as a sales and marketing intern at Clontarf Castle Hotel in 2017, where communication between various departments was facilitated for event organization. Marleen holds a Master of Science in Global Business and Sustainability from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Radboud University, along with additional academic experiences at notable institutions, including The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and St. Clare's, Oxford.
