Lanier M Deal has extensive experience in educational and digital product development, currently serving as the Director of Digital Products & Services Learning and Development at Novant Health since June 2013. In this role, Lanier M Deal is responsible for building a learning and development team that supports enterprise initiatives and promotes innovation and collaboration. Previously, Lanier M Deal held positions including Manager of Learning and Development, Corporate Educator, and Epic Acute Credentialed Trainer, focusing on enhancing education and onboarding processes across various digital platforms. Additionally, as the Owner/Operator of psDEALS Computer Services since 1998, Lanier M Deal has provided customized technology solutions for over 550 clients. Prior experience includes co-owning East Boulevard Bar & Grill and teaching at Eastover Elementary School, where a significant emphasis was placed on integrating technology into the curriculum and supporting staff development. Lanier M Deal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the College of Charleston.
