Katie Boylan is an experienced fundraising and philanthropy executive currently serving as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at Novant Health since September 2021. Previously, Katie held the position of National Director of Corporate Initiatives at Autism Speaks from June 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included creating corporate philanthropic partnerships that resulted in significant annual contributions. Katie's prior roles include Executive Director positions at Saint Mary's Hospital Foundation and Saint Francis Hospital Foundation, where oversight of budgets and development programs was key. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Constituent Relations and Outreach for two United States Senators and founding BC Consulting, Inc., a property management company. Katie holds a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware.
