Justine Fourmeau has extensive work experience in the field of biosciences and analytical chemistry. Justine started their career at Huilerie et Savonnerie Vandeputte with a training period in the Quality Control laboratory. Justine then moved to Université catholique de Louvain where they completed their PhD in agronomical sciences and biological engineering and supervised Master thesis students. Justine later worked at Quality Assistance, holding roles as a Senior R&D Analyst, Technical Manager, and Analytical Team Manager. Currently, they serve as the Director Of Manufacturing Operations at NOVADIP Biosciences S.A.

Justine Fourmeau completed their Master's degree in Bio-engineering from Université catholique de Louvain in 2006. Justine then pursued an in-depth study diploma in Agronomical sciences and biological engineering from the same university, which they completed in 2008. In 2005, they also attended the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom, though the details of their program and completion are not provided.
