Hsiang Ling Low is a Digital Specialist at Novade Solutions since April 2023, responsible for managing the implementation of digital solutions in large-scale construction and metro projects while collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements and performance indicators. Previously, Hsiang served as Customer Success Manager at Mednefits, where a local customer success program was designed and a CRM platform was implemented to enhance account management. Hsiang also held various roles at WeWork, advancing member experience as Community Lead, fostering local partnerships, and ensuring member satisfaction as Community Associate. Earlier experience includes positions as a Marketing and Business Development Intern, Sales Assistant, Transportation Coordinator, and Intern, underscoring a diverse background in customer service, event management, and operations. Hsiang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diploma in Business Administration from Singapore Polytechnic.
