Manuel Hellendorff

Head of Customer Success at Novable

Manuel Hellendorff has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Manuel began their career as a washing-up at the Université catholique de Louvain in 2010 and was promoted to Commis Chef in 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Patented Activity Leader at Toboggan and then moved to Citobi in 2013 as a Data Encoder. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Image Matters SA as a Patented Activity Leader, Sales Manager, International Sales and finally as Chief Marketing Officer. In 2019, they became self-employed as a Nice Breaker and then joined Supportsquare in 2020 in the same role. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Novable as Head of Customer Success, where they are responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and renewals.

Manuel Hellendorff obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a CESS in Latin Grec from Collège Saint-Julien Ath between 2002 and 2008.
