Nathan Gilbertson is a skilled Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Nova-Tech Engineering since March 2020. With previous experience as a Solutionologist and Operations Leader at DI Labs, as well as a Project Manager and Research Engineer at Integrity Windows and Doors, Nathan has demonstrated expertise in human-centered design, product development, and project management. Notable contributions include leading research and design activities, ensuring product performance, and managing R&D schedules. Nathan holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
