Emily Field has extensive experience in product branding and market development, currently serving in these roles at Nova-Tech Engineering since August 2019. Previously, Emily held the position of Associate Brand Manager at Hormel Foods, where responsibilities included business planning and P&L management. Additionally, experience at Jennie-O Turkey Store involved new product development and collaboration with sales teams. Early career roles included administrative support and marketing positions at various organizations, including Stillwater Medical Group and H&M. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
