Robert Wayne O'Hara is a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer currently employed at Nova Systems since April 2017, focusing on providing independent engineering and management services. Previously, Wayne held several engineering leadership roles, including Senior Systems Engineer at Thales Australia and Engineering Retrofit and Closeout Manager at BAE Systems Australia. With a solid foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Adelaide, Wayne has extensive experience in managing complex projects, notably in the development and delivery of advanced systems for military applications, including the EWSP System on Wedgetail 737 aircraft.
