Steve Ashfield is an experienced Solution Architect at Nova Systems Australia and New Zealand since October 2010, focusing on complex programs within Defence Services. Prior roles include Senior Technical Advisor at HP Enterprise Services and Chief Systems Engineer at Boeing, recognized as an Associate Technical Fellow for Systems Integration expertise. Steve's earlier positions involved Principal and Senior Systems Engineer roles at BAE Systems and systems engineering at Purvisonic Sound. Steve holds an Executive Master of Business in Complex Project Management from Queensland University of Technology and a BEng in Electrical and Computerised Systems from The University of Western Australia, alongside recent education from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
