Macharia Julius currently serves as the Dean of Instruction and Learning at Nova Pioneer since September 2019, collaborating with the School Principal to establish a pedagogical vision aligned with the Nova Instructional Model and facilitating professional growth paths for teachers. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Dean of Instruction and Learning and Resident Teacher at Nakuru Teachers Training College from September 2008 to March 2019, and serving as Registrar during that time. Macharia holds two Bachelor's degrees in Education from Laikipia University (March 2013 - October 2016) and Egerton University (September 1999 - May 2005), as well as a KCSE from Menengai High School (February 1994 - November 1997).
