Paul Ladd's work experience includes a recent role as Senior Project Manager at Nova Group, GBC since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President at Mach-8 Consulting from December 2015 to March 2020, providing strategic guidance and due diligence support for various real estate assets. From November 2012 to December 2015, they served as Vice President at American Residential Properties, Inc., managing inspections and quality assurance for property acquisitions. Paul also worked as Principal at Criterium-RAM Engineers from May 2009 to January 2013, specializing in HUD-MAP Multi-Family due diligence. Additionally, they held leadership positions at companies such as Criterium Engineers, Hometown Commercial Capital, Ransom Environmental Services, and Jacques Whitford (Now Stantec).

Paul Ladd attended the University of Rhode Island from 1979 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at the university, Paul focused their studies on Geology and Art.
