Rachel Lonergan possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Business Partner for People & Culture at Nova Energy since November 2018. Previously, Rachel held multiple HR roles—including HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator—at The Workshop from June 2015 to July 2018. Rachel's HR career includes a brief position as a HR & Recruitment Administrator (Temp) at the General Pharmaceutical Council in May 2015 and as a Human Resources Advisor at Nova Energy from April 2012 to April 2015. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Coordinator at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor from March 2011 to March 2012. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Hospitality & Tourism Management from the Pacific International Hotel Management School, completed from 2005 to 2008, alongside a High School diploma from Te Puke High School, obtained in 2004.
