DeVondre is a young entrepreneur who graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in 2018. DeVondre has an immense passion for basketball and serving the community. His passion derives from his youth and the obstacles he faced chasing his professional basketball dreams.

DeVondre began playing AAU basketball as an adolescent in Hampton, Virginia, under Boo Williams for the Hampton Hoyas. That experience not only allowed him to compete at a competitive level but also allotted him opportunities to travel the country, understand the importance of work ethic, develop lifetime friendships and see firsthand how AAU basketball brought the Hampton, Virginia, community together.

Amidst life’s struggles and injuries that derailed DeVondre’s dreams of taking his basketball career to a higher level, he remains optimistic. He shifted his attention from himself to helping others pursue their dreams. His focus is not only basketball and giving back, but he is also a leader in the community pursuing business endeavors such as real estate dealings all around the Mid-Atlantic Region. He has an abundant mindset and understands that the achievable becomes limitless through perseverance, commitment, faith, and support.
