Pete Oestreich currently serves as the Head of Implementation at Nourish Care since September 2023. Prior to this role, Pete held the position of Director of Customer Operations at Orderly from October 2022 to May 2023, overseeing customer service and product management for SaaS solutions. At Cirrus Response, from June 2020 to October 2022, Pete was the Head of Professional Services, leading project management and client implementation for an enterprise clientele. Previously, from August 2017 to June 2020, Pete was the Head of Customer Operations at Feefo, where a transformation in customer success was achieved. Pete's earlier experience includes management roles at Inchcape Fleet Solutions, where a consistent NPS of 65% was maintained, and law enforcement positions at Metropolitan Police and Hampshire Constabulary, which provided a foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
