Dumisani Desmond Dube PMP® has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dumisani Desmond is currently working as a Subject Matter Expert at GFA Consulting Group GmbH, where they are responsible for developing digital Smart Youth Platforms to make capital markets more accessible and appealing to young people. Dumisani has also served as the Director of Professional Development at PMI Zimbabwe Chapter from February 2022 to February 2023. Throughout their career, Dumisani has demonstrated strong expertise in project management, data analytics, and innovation.

Dumisani Desmond Dube PMP® has a strong educational background in operations research and statistics. Dumisani Desmond obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Operations Research and Statistics from the National University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Dumisani Desmond then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science Degree in Operations Research & Statistics from the same institution, studying from 2011 to 2014.

In 2019, Dumisani enrolled at Emeritus and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking in 2020. Dumisani Desmond also obtained additional certifications, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking from Emeritus in October 2020, and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2021.
