Paul Martin is an accomplished IT and digital leader with extensive experience in both public sector organizations and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Technology & Digital at Nottinghamshire County Council since May 2021, Paul oversees the council's IT functions. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Director and Head of Group Delivery at the Department for Education, where responsibilities included managing significant projects and overseeing DevOps functions. At the Skills Funding Agency, Paul advanced from Head of Project Delivery to contribute to the Agency's Project Management capabilities. Earlier experience at Nottingham City Council involved managing software development and IT operations. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University and a Higher Diploma in Applicable Mathematics from Bell College.
