Emma Branston is a Digital Project Officer at Nottinghamshire County Council, leading the D2N2 GigaHubs project aimed at delivering full-fibre infrastructure to public sector buildings in the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership area since January 2021. Prior to this role, Emma served as a Digital Projects Engagement Officer and a Graduate Management Trainee at the University of Nottingham from February 2019 to January 2021, as well as an Advancing Access Project Assistant. Earlier experience includes a position as a Graduate Marketing and Production Intern at Global Insight Conferences. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and English from the University of Nottingham, and has also studied at The College of New Jersey from 2016 to 2017.
