Sarah Pearce is a seasoned professional in design, programme management, and strategic leadership, currently serving as the Design and Technical Director at Notting Hill Genesis since April 2018. Pearce's expertise encompasses pre-construction services, cost management, and risk management, alongside a history of leadership in high-profile operational projects and transformational change initiatives. Previous roles include Corporate Projects Director and Interim Building Safety Programme Director at Notting Hill Genesis, as well as Head of Programme Management at Notting Hill Housing Group. Educational background includes a PgDip in Management Studies from the University of Greenwich, an MSc in Computing Science from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BA Hons in Humanities from the University of West London.
