Andre Gaduan is the founder of Kano Carbon Consulting, which focuses on enabling Malaysian enterprises to sustainably measure, mitigate, and minimize carbon emissions. Previously, at Imperial College London, Gaduan served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching Aeronautics modules and preparing course materials while also completing a PhD in Aeronautics Research with a focus on Polymer Processing. Gaduan's research has involved enhancing the performance of plastic waste through fibre reinforcement and conducting life cycle analyses. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Gaduan investigated nonwoven kenaf fibre as reinforcement in epoxy composites, contributing to published research and participation in international conferences. Gaduan holds a Master of Science in Polymer Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
