Andrew Silard is a seasoned marketing leader with extensive experience in growth marketing and consumer engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Growth Marketing at Notion since February 2024, Andrew is focused on building a growth engine for the company. Concurrently, Andrew acts as a Marketing & Growth Lecturer at Reforge and a Growth Advisor for Curated. Previously, as the Head of Consumer Growth at OpenStore, Andrew developed a team to enhance direct-to-consumer brands.
