Andrew McCarthy is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in building and leading sales teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Sales for ANZ, SEA, and India at Notion since May 2024, Andrew has previously held significant roles at LinkedIn, including Head of Account Partners for APAC and co-lead of the ExpectIn Employee Resource Group, which supported family planning for employees. Andrew's career features a solid foundation in sales strategy, having been part of the founding team for LinkedIn Sales Solutions in APAC and launching Demandware in the region while working at Amblique. Andrew co-founded Shopon in San Francisco and has held various positions in marketing and account management, notably for Toyota Motor Corporation.
