Joel Oliveira started their work experience in 1999 as a Senior Coder at Sitelabel. Joel then moved on to Caillou Communications in 2005, where they worked as a Technical Manager until 2011. In 2010, Joel joined Mangrove, a top 10 Internet Agency in Holland, as a Developer. Joel was responsible for backend development of websites made with their in-house CMS and iOS and Android apps. In 2012, Joel became a Co-Founder of Notificare B.V. Overall, Joel has gained experience in coding, technical management, and co-founding a company.
