Alisia Heath currently serves as the VP of R&D - B2B at NotCo since October 2024. Prior to this role, Alisia held the position of VP of Research, Development and Quality at Whisps from April 2022 to October 2024. Alisia's extensive experience includes various leadership roles at The Kraft Heinz Company from February 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included Director of R&D for Real Food Snacking and Head of Research and Development for Foodservice. Earlier in Alisia's career, roles included QC Technician at Byrnes and Kiefer Company, Specification Support Specialist at HJ Heinz, Research Assistant at Framesi North America, and Research Scientist at the University of Pittsburgh. Alisia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Pittsburgh.
