Benjamin Vivo-Wachter is currently an advisor at Nostra. Benjamin has over 10 years of experience in recruiting, and has held positions at Park Hudson International, Ujama Inc., Guava, and Ripple. Benjamin was director of talent acquisition at MongoDB, Inc. from March 2013 to March 2014.

Benjamin Vivo-Wachter attended Stanford University for their computer science degree. Benjamin then went on to The City College of New York for a BA/MA program in psychology. Afterwards, they completed their BA in psychology at Albright College. Finally, they received their diploma in physics, English, math, track, and football from Poly Prep Country Day School.
