Enrique Cat has a diverse work experience in various industries. Enrique co-founded and served as the Co-CEO at Nostoc Biotech, a company that develops and markets biofertilizers for global agriculture problems. Enrique was responsible for implementing their go-to-market approach and developing biofertilizers effective against various pests and diseases.
Enrique was also a Member and Entrepreneur at Mondragon Team Academy, a global community of team-entrepreneurs. Enrique was involved in the network's activities and embraced their "learning by doing" approach to education.

Enrique Cat started their education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2006 and completed their degree in Biology in 2010. Enrique then pursued further education at TEAMLABS/ from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in LEINN (Entrepreneurial leadership and innovation), specializing in business and entrepreneurship.
