Joyce Wieczorek currently serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at FSMA and holds the position of Non-executive Director at both Noshaq and Groupe Herstal, where Joyce is also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. In addition, Joyce is a lecturer in Corporate Governance at HEC Liège Executive Education and serves as a Senior Legal Advisor at Solvay. Prior experience includes a role as a Managing Associate and Associate at Linklaters in Corporate and Finance practice and a trainee teaching position in International Public Law at the University of Liege. Joyce's education includes a Master of Laws (LLM) from The London School of Economics and Political Science, executive programs from IMD and Harvard Business School Online, and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université de Liège, complemented by studies at Maastricht University and the University of Deusto.
