Kassi Ferrigan has worked at Nosco since February 2014, holding various managerial positions including Sr. Quality Systems Manager and Manager of Client Services. Prior to Nosco, Kassi worked at Daigger for 8 years as a Customer Service Supervisor. Kassi also has experience at Video Empire as a Customer Service Representative. Kassi earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Leadership from National Louis University in 2017.
