Marcin Gardas has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Marcin began freelancing as a Web Developer in 2011 and then joined Aon Design in 2012 as a Web Developer. In 2013, they worked as an Exhibition Assistant at Web Summit. In 2015, they took on an internship role as a Demo Engineer Intern at Salesforce. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Matrix Internet Ireland as a Web Developer, Glofox as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, and Entua as a Software Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Nory as an Engineering Team Lead. Throughout their career, they have worked on projects such as planning and managing work on key company projects, designing UI for an app, setting up microservice architecture, developing websites and web applications, and converting website designs to HTML and CSS.

Marcin Gardas obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Computational Problem Solving and Software Development in Computer Science from Dublin City University from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Rockbrook Park School from 2009 to 2015.
