Ruth Korel has extensive experience in volunteering development, employability, and business development within the educational sector. Currently serving as a Volunteering Development Officer at Norwood since July 2016, Ruth previously held the role of Director of Employability and Business Development at Stanmore College from April 2013 to March 2016, where responsibilities included coordinating industry partnerships and developing work-related curricula. Ruth's consultancy work at RK Training and Consultancy from October 2009 to March 2013 focused on training and business objectives, particularly related to apprenticeships. Additionally, Ruth held positions as Head of Employment Training Solutions and Market Intelligence at The College of Haringey Enfield and North East London and as BTAS Manager at Barnet College for over 16 years.
