Dawn Hartfelder is a seasoned professional in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Communications & Marketing Manager at Norwescap since April 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for the Career & Life Transitions Center and engaging with the community to build relationships and support initiatives. With previous experience as the Founder of Apelle Media, an independent contracting firm, and as a Media and Marketing Manager at the Center for Educational Advancement, Dawn has a strong background in marketing and outreach, assisting community businesses and organizations. Dawn holds a Master's degree in Communications & Information from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology also from Rutgers University.
