Marlon Azicate, MBA, currently serves as Crew Administrator on the MS Sirena and MS Insignia for Oceania Cruises since June 2023. Prior to this role, Marlon worked with Royal Caribbean Group from March 2018 to June 2023 as a Mobility Center Specialist, providing administrative support for crew members and visa processing. Experience also includes a position as Liaison Officer at Unitra Maritime Manila Inc. from March 2016 to March 2018, where Marlon managed documentation and compliance for seafarers. Previous roles include Patient Benefits Coordinator at Asian Eye Institute and Admission Associate at Asian Hospital and Medical Center, as well as Customer Contact Center Specialist at Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation. Marlon holds an MBA from Colegio de San Juan de Letran and a degree from Far Eastern University.
