Pooja Nair is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in chartering and shipping management. Currently serving as Senior Chartering Manager at Norvic Shipping Group since October 2022, Pooja previously held the position of Charterer at A.M. Nomikos and Commercial Manager at Guardian Navigation, where responsibilities included profit-driven cargo mapping in the Indo-Pacific region and managing charter party negotiations. Prior roles include working as a Ship Broker at McQuilling Partners, Inc. and handling corporate taxation at Siemens. Pooja's educational background includes a Professional Degree in Tanker Broking and Shipping Finance from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Mumbai, and a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Additionally, Pooja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Accounts from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
