Caren Kwan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Group Corporate Controller at Norvic Shipping International Ltd. since September 2019, Caren previously held roles such as Director of SEC Reporting at Eagle Shipping International (USA) LLC and Financial Controller at Team Tankers International. With a strong background in overseeing accounting functions, internal controls, and compliance with US GAAP, Caren has also contributed to financial operations at Gemini Tankers LLC, RFR Realty, and National Resources.
