Zachary Kirstein is an experienced professional in growth and strategy roles, currently serving as the Head of Growth at Northwood since 2024. Prior to this position, Zachary held the role of Head of Strategy and Business Development at Loft Federal from 2023 to 2024. Zachary gained significant experience at Palantir Technologies, working as a Portfolio Lead from 2017 to 2023, and started their career as a Sales and Trading Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2016. Additionally, Zachary served as a Teaching Assistant for Stochastic Models at Columbia University in 2015. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from Columbia University, with minors in Economics, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
