Ran Eliasaf has a strong background in real estate investment and management. Ran is the Founder and Managing Partner of Northwind Group, a successful real estate private equity firm based in Manhattan. Since its establishment in 2009, Northwind Group has been involved in acquiring, developing, and managing residential, commercial, and senior-living properties worth over $3 billion. Ran has built exceptional industry recognition and has established strong relationships with top-tier operators, lenders, property owners, managers, brokers, and equity partners.
Prior to founding Northwind Group, Ran co-founded Excaliber Real Estate (ExRE) in 2007, where they served as the CEO. During their tenure, Excaliber Real Estate invested in multiple grocery anchored shopping centers in Florida and Texas, totaling over 4.5 million square feet.
Before their ventures in the real estate industry, Ran worked as part of the business development team at Forward Capital Management from 2006 to 2007. In this role, they had the opportunity to work closely with the late Adv. Haim Rabinovich, handling various investments on behalf of UHNI.
Ran's early professional experience was in the Israeli Navy, where they served as a Captain from 1998 to 2004.
Ran Eliasaf's education history begins in 1998 when they attended the Israeli Naval Academy. The exact field of study or degree achieved during this time is unknown. In 2006, they enrolled at Reichman University, where they pursued two degrees simultaneously. Ran completed a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2009.
