Ricky Pease has over 15 years of experience in software engineering and applications administration. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Software Engineering at Northwestern Mutual since April 2008, Ricky has also held positions as Assistant Director and Team Lead within the same company. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Ricky worked at Enkei America, Inc. from June 2003 to March 2008 as an Applications Administrator, starting as an Intern. Ricky's career began with an Internship at Irwin Union Bank from 2002 to 2003. Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Taylor University, completed in 2007.
